Zhongjihai Lake Commercial Complex is a mixed-use scheme in Lijiang, China, developed at dot Architects in 2014. The site is read in relation to the Old Town of Lijiang, Yulong Snow Mountain and Zhongjihai Lake.

Massing

The massing sequence starts from a single block filling the site and breaks it into smaller volumes with pitched roofs and open spaces between them.

Programme

The scheme combines a hotel and apartments with a shopping mall, a supermarket, a cinema, KTV, restaurants and a commercial pedestrian street.
